Welcome to the STMA Catholic Youth website! We offer this site as a convenience to you. We have established a few ground rules to help make this site fun and helpful and safe for all our visitors. Please carefully read all of these Terms & Conditions prior to using this site.
Description of Services
STMA Catholic Youth is a collaboration of Saint Michael Catholic Church and Church of Saint Albert in St. Michael and Albertville, MN, respectively. “STMA Catholic Youth” includes both these entities for the purpose of this document. STMA Catholic Youth provides users with access to a wide variety of materials and mobile communications (“mobile services”). All materials and mobile services are subject to these Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Registered Youth Events
We understand that life circumstances can make it necessary to change plans and cancel youth event registrations. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. This policy also applies to cancellations that may arise as a result of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances as our contracted expenses are also binding. Under most circumstances, we are unable to provide a refund on any deposits or payments for events as these payments are used to pay for contracted expenses such as food, transportation and facilities for various events.
If you have a concern regarding finances or ability to pay, please contact us for more information about financial assistance and scholarships for youth events or assistance for your family.
Applicability & Acceptance of Terms
By using this site, you expressly agree to the Terms & Conditions without limitation or qualification. If you choose not to agree to the Terms & Conditions, you may not use this site or the mobile services. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. You agree that each site visit or mobile services use shall be subject to the then current Terms & Conditions. By accessing and browsing this site or using the services, you acknowledge that any other agreement between you and STMA Catholic Youth is superseded and of no force or effect with respect to this site or the services.

Applicable Law & General Information
If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under applicable law, then that portion shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible. The remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue to be enforceable and valid according to terms contained herein.
